Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Petrotrack mobile application ("Petrotrack", "the App"), provided by Chrism Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use Petrotrack

Petrotrack is intended for use by authorised staff and administrators of organisations that operate fuel stations and have been granted access by their organisation. You must use an account provided or approved by your organisation's administrator.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Enter stock, shift, delivery and expense records accurately and in good faith.
• Use the App only for legitimate station operations, not for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Promptly report any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

4. Organisation accounts & data ownership

Operational data you enter (stock logs, shift reports, deliveries, approvals) belongs to the organisation/station you're entering it for. Your organisation administrator controls access permissions within that organisation's account.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Petrotrack available and reliable, but the App may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is inactive for an extended period. Your organisation administrator may also remove your access at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrism Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Petrotrack, including losses relating to inaccurate data entry by users.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
