Petrotrack is developed and operated by Chrism Group ("Petrotrack", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Petrotrack app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

To provide station operations features, Petrotrack collects:

• Account information — name, email or phone number, role, and the station/branch you're assigned to.
• Operational data you enter — stock and tank dip readings, pump meter readings, shift reports, delivery records, expenses, and maintenance requests.
• Approval & audit activity — records of who submitted, reviewed or approved an entry, and when.
• Device & usage information — device type, operating system, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs, used to keep the app reliable.

Operational data is visible to authorised users within your own organisation and station, based on the roles your administrator assigns. Petrotrack does not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data sharing with service providers

We may share information with service providers who help us run the app (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers such as [PROVIDER_NAMES]), under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.

6. Data retention

We retain operational and account data for as long as your organisation's account is active, or as needed to meet legal, accounting, or audit-history requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Children's privacy

Petrotrack is intended for use by station staff and administrators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
